Individual cremation means you will receive only your pet’s personal ashes to keep forever. Also included is a natural rosewood urn, with your loved one’s name engraved.
In the Group Cremation, your pet will join other pets being cremated and scattered all together, over a private estate. It’s a more affordable option for those who don’t want ashes back.
Your beloved pet will be composted along with other animals in a mass burial with no emissions from cremation. The Group Burial is our most environmentally friendly and affordable option.
Our celebration of Life will lay your beloved pet to rest in a beautiful remembrance, and provide a permanent site where you can visit your pet whenever you like. Call to customize your loved ones celebration.

As life-long animal lovers, many pets have brought joy and love into our lives over the years, and given us comfort in bad times. Our pets have also taught us how precious life is, and how we can never take loved ones for granted. We have had everything from dogs and cats, to reptiles and fish in our home. While we have loved them all, the loss of some animals devastated us more than others.
One year was particularly hard. Within 6 months we lost both Minnie, our feisty, rescued, dapple dachshund, and unexpectedly, our beautiful tabby Tigra, who was only 3 years old and gone far too soon. Tigra was particularly traumatizing - I was out of town and Sarah had to deal with his remains on her own. The vet was closed over the weekend and Tigra stayed in the house, as Sarah was in shock. She eventually put our cat in the food freezer, before having to take him to the vet and face a major expense for pet cremation on Monday. It was an awful experience.
This is when we decided that there needed to be someone who will come and get your beloved pet at any time, and treat them with the respect, care and consideration they deserve. We also wanted to create a service that was affordable, and provide green burial options to lay your pet to rest in a way that's meaningful. We hope that Restful Pets gives you the peace of mind that your pet's memory will be preserved, and the spirit of joy your loved one brought you will live on.

We never want our beloved pet to be in pain or suffer unnecessarily, and the end of life can be painful for both the pet and the owner. Taking your animal into the vet's office can also be too stressful and traumatizing for your loved ones last moments.
That's why we offer our in-home euthanasia services, so your pet can be at peace in their last moments, in their own bed or at their favorite spot in the yard. One of our board certified veterinarians will come to you and perform this service in the comfort of your home.
This service is available in most of the East Bay, San Francisco and Marin County.
